His expertise in strategy development, advertising production and media planning enables clients to precisely target their customers and maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of their media budgets.
Bill’s background encompasses both advertising and retail business management. His previous experience includes 10 years with Time Warner Cable as an account executive and one year in the same capacity with the CBS affiliate in Austin. As a top producer for both organizations, he earned a reputation for being extremely responsive and completely focused on the needs of his clients. Bill is recognized for his expertise in local cable television advertising developed as a pioneer in that sector and enhanced by his ongoing experience utilizing cable in several markets in campaigns for Frink Inc. clientele.
He also founded and served as the General Manager for Whip In Convenience stores, a profitable chain of convenience stores based in Austin, Texas. During his tenure as a successful small business owner, Bill was responsible for all aspects of the business, including location decisions, accounting, purchasing, sales, merchandising, personnel management and contract negotiation.
Bill graduated from the University of Texas with a degree in Advertising. He and his wife Helen were married in 1983 and they have two children, Bob and Molly. Bill is a football, basketball and golf fan, and writes a blog, WillieEarl.com, covering Longhorn Football.
